Trastuzumab Side Effects Report #5128130-X
Trastuzumab side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from AUSTRALIA on Sept 21, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic and was treated with Trastuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related complication, central line infection, chest pain , diarrhoea, dyspnoea, haemoglobin decreased, staphylococcal infection , thrombosis, white blood cell count decreased. Trastuzumab dosage: 2 MG/KG, 1/WEEK, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NAVELBINE, CAPECITABINE, TRAMADOL, ESOMEPRAZOLE, MAXOLON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
