Tretinoin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 13, 2007. Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Tretinoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: embolism, renal failure, respiratory failure. Tretinoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with APROTININ, CYTOSINE ARABINOSIDE, DAUNORUBICIN. Patient died.

Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Tretinoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute promyelocytic leukaemia, cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral infarction, embolism, haemodialysis, hepatic infarction, pulmonary infarction, renal failure, renal necrosis. Tretinoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with APROTININ, THIOGUANINE, CYTOSINE ARABINOSIDE, DAUNORUBICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
