Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with macular oedema and was treated with Triamcinolone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: off label use, optic atrophy, pupillary reflex impaired, retinal deposits, scotoma, visual acuity reduced. Triamcinolone dosage: 25 MG, ONCE/SINGLE, INTRAVITREAL IN. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ACYCLOVIR, DESLORATADINE, HYDROCORTISONE, ACETAMINOPHEN, PREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
