Tums side effect was reported by a Physician from on Oct 22, 2004. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 131.2 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, osteoporosis  and was treated with Tums. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anal sphincter atony, anorexia, blood glucose increased, colonic haemorrhage, diabetes mellitus, diarrhoea, faecal incontinence. Tums dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TUMS E, LIPITOR, ATENOLOL, DIGOXIN, TOPROL, ALTACE, EVISTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
