Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with dyspepsia, hypertension and was treated with Tums. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diabetes mellitus, dizziness , hypoglycaemia. Tums dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, asthenia, chest pain , dizziness , dysgeusia, overdose, rectal prolapse, renal failure acute. Tums dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, WELLBUTRIN, HYOSCYAMINE, ENZYMES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
