Ultracet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 18, 2004. Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, memory impairment, speech disorder, weight decreased. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SKELAXIN, ZANAFLEX. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 203.0 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis , blood pressure abnormal, thyroid disorder and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pneumonia , renal failure, respiratory failure, weight decreased. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SERTROLINE, CLONIDINE, ATENOLOL, KLONAZEPAM, SULAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/06/2005.

Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SERTROLINE, CLONIDINE, ATENOLOL, KLONAZEPAM, SULAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/06/2005.
