After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, bronchospasm, cardiac arrest , chest pain , coma, cyanosis, malaise, multi-organ failure. Ultravist dosage: 120 ML, 1 DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with HYPERIUM, NEBIVOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, LOZOL, ACETAMINOPHEN AND TRAMADOL, CORTANCYL, CACIT D, PLAVIX, ZANIDIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/28/2007.
