Urofollitropin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Aug 27, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with assisted fertilisation and was treated with Urofollitropin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion threatened, caesarean section, foetal growth retardation, holoprosencephaly, limb hypoplasia congenital, oligohydramnios, premature baby. Urofollitropin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOMIPHENE CITRATE, CABERGOLINE. Patient died.
