Ursodiol Side Effects Report #5063655-7
Ursodiol side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 14, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with cholelithiasis and was treated with Ursodiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, cholelithiasis, diarrhoea, eosinophil percentage increased, face oedema, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hypersensitivity, interstitial lung disease, pain . Ursodiol dosage: 300 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with CAPTOPRIL, ROCALTROL, MYONABASE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with biliary cirrhosis primary and was treated with Ursodiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood urine present, cholelithiasis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, lung adenocarcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, platelet count increased. Ursodiol dosage: 600 MG. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, NORVASC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
