Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with myocardial ischaemia, angina pectoris, left ventricular failure, blood cholesterol increased and was treated with Valsartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, myocardial infarction. Valsartan dosage: 40MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NICORANDIL, BISOPROLOL, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, FRUSEMIDE, CLOPIDOGREL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient recovered.
