Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with suicidal ideation and was treated with Venlafaxine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: suicidal ideation. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE AND ACETAMINOPHEN, TRAMADOL, QUINAPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, OLANZAPINE, IRBESARTAN, DIPHENOXYLATE, THIAZOLIDINEDIONE. Patient died.
