Vepesid Side Effects Report #5799452-4
Vepesid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on June 25, 2008. Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with lymphoma  and was treated with Vepesid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, febrile neutropenia, leukopenia, sepsis . Vepesid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IFOSFAMIDE, METHOTREXATE, ELSPAR, DEXAMETHASONE, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, MESNA. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with TAXOL, BLEOMYCIN, CISPLATIN, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akinesia, anaemia, cardiac murmur, ejection fraction decreased, escherichia urinary tract infection, heart rate increased, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, lung infection. Vepesid dosage: 100 MG/M2 FOR 5 DAYS Q3W. During the same period patient was treated with PAXENE, HOLOXAN, BLEOMYCIN, CISPLATIN, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
