Female patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with optic nerve glioma and was treated with Vepesid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyponatraemia, subdural haematoma. Vepesid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ONCOVIN, RANDA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, hyperglycaemia, hyponatraemia, leukopenia, nausea , neutropenia. Vepesid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IFOSFAMIDE, METHOTREXATE, ELSPAR, DEXAMETHASONE, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, MESNA. Patient recovered.
