Female patient, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism and was treated with Vidaza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal sepsis, neutropenia, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Vidaza dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROIC ACID, VALPROIC ACID, CARBOPLATIN, CARAFATE, COLACE, DULCOLAX, HYDROCORTISONE, LOVENOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/10/2008.
