Male patient, 15 years of age, was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma and was treated with Vincristine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, ascites, coagulopathy, hepatomegaly, hyperbilirubinaemia, pyrexia, thrombocytopenia, transaminases increased, venoocclusive disease. Vincristine dosage: 1.5 MG/M2 WEEKLY. During the same period patient was treated with ACTINOMYCIN D. Patient recovered.
