Female patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with primary mediastinal large b-cell lymphoma and was treated with Vincristine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, disease recurrence, encephalopathy, haemorrhage, hepatitis b , lung injury, renal failure, sepsis . Vincristine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXORUBICIN, RITUXIMAB, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.
