After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, arrhythmia , blood potassium decreased, blood sodium decreased, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, ischaemic hepatitis, loss of consciousness, pleural effusion, pulmonary oedema. Vincristine dosage: 1 MG/M2 Q3W. During the same period patient was treated with DOXORUBICIN, PREDNISONE, RITUXIMAB, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.
