Vinflunine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 07, 2005. Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Vinflunine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, dyspnoea exacerbated, febrile neutropenia, myocardial infarction, troponin t increased. Vinflunine dosage: CYCLE 1: 01-DEC-04/DOSE: 600 MG. CYCLE 2: 22-DEC-04/DOSE: 600 MG.. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/03/2004.

Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Vinflunine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, malignant neoplasm progression, myocardial infarction. Vinflunine dosage: DOSE 280 MG/M2 (440 MG) ON DAY 1 EVERY 3 WEEKS.. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, CARBOPLATIN, PACLITAXEL, SKENAN, SEVREDOL, OMEPRAZOLE, AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/25/2005.
