Female patient, weighting 133.0 lb, was diagnosed with vulval cancer metastatic and was treated with Vinorelbine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoptysis, infusion related reaction, intestinal obstruction, productive cough, sputum discoloured, vomiting. Vinorelbine dosage: 20 MG/M2 D 1,8,15 Q 28 D IV. During the same period patient was treated with LAPATINIB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
