Viracept side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 03, 2005. Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Viracept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , bradycardia, chest discomfort, decreased activity, electrocardiogram r on t phenomenon, extrasystoles, headache , malaise, palpitations. Viracept dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIDANOSINE, LAMIVUDINE, ABACAVIR, EFAVIRENZ, KALETRA, TENOFOVIR DISOPROXIL FUMARATE, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Viracept dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFAVIRENZ, TENOFOVIR, DIDANOSINE, LAMIVUDINE, ABACAVIR, KALETRA, DIGESTIVES, VIREAD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 44 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , polysubstance dependence, insomnia and was treated with Viracept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , arthralgia, ascites, bradycardia, dizziness , duodenal ulcer, dyspnoea exertional, electrocardiogram abnormal, electrocardiogram st segment abnormal. Viracept dosage: 500 MG BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COMBIVIR, ATENOLOL, METHADONE, SERESTATE, TRUXAL, DUPHALAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/30/2001.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/30/2001.
