Viroptic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 07, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with herpes ophthalmic, herpes virus infection and was treated with Viroptic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eyelid oedema, lacrimation increased, ocular hyperaemia. Viroptic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACYCLOVIR, LOTEMAX. Patient recovered.
