Vistaril side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 04, 2005. Female patient, 38 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with psychotic disorder , post-traumatic stress disorder  and was treated with Vistaril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , arthralgia, back pain , head lag, neck pain, nervousness, tension, trismus. Vistaril dosage: 75 MG ORALLY 3 TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Vistaril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , arthralgia, back pain , burn infection, depression , dyspepsia, dyspnoea. Vistaril dosage: 30 MG, HS. During the same period patient was treated with PARAFONTE, RESTORIL, COUMADIN, PAXIL, MACROBID, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, GINSENG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/05/2002.
