Vitrasert side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 07, 2006. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus chorioretinitis and was treated with Vitrasert. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, cytomegalovirus chorioretinitis. Vitrasert dosage: 4.5 MILLIGRAMS; ONCE A DAY; RIGHT EYE. During the same period patient was treated with FOSCARNET. Patient recovered.
