Vivitrol Side Effects Report #5072573-X
Vivitrol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 18, 2006. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with alcoholism  and was treated with Vivitrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol poisoning, dizziness , fatigue, injection site mass, pain , somnolence. Vivitrol dosage: 380 MG EVERY4WKS IM. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, SINGULAIR, ZYRTEC, PRINIVIL, RHINOCORT, ASACOL, VALIUM, FOLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fatigue, injection site pain, myocardial infarction, stress . Vivitrol dosage: 380 MG QM IM. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIDEPRESSANTS. Patient died on 10/31/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with ANTIDEPRESSANTS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/31/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with LUNESTA, PROVIGIL, LEXAPRO. Patient recovered.
