Voltarene Side Effects Report #5209054-6
Voltarene side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Jan 09, 2007. Female patient, 91 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis , essential hypertension, epilepsy , atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Voltarene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, brain natriuretic peptide increased, bronchitis , c-reactive protein increased, cardiac failure, decubitus ulcer, dyspnoea, escherichia urinary tract infection, failure to thrive. Voltarene dosage: 75 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, LASIX, DEPAKENE, CORDARONE, AMLOR, STABLON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/03/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, c-reactive protein increased, chills, dyspnoea, headache , heart rate increased, hyperthermia, leukopenia, lymphocyte count increased. Voltarene dosage: 75 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with ENBREL, METHOTREXATE, CORTANCYL, OMEPRAZOLE, IRBESARTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
