Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Voriconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, demyelination, hypoaesthesia, neuromyopathy, pain in extremity, peripheral sensory neuropathy. Voriconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
