Voriconazole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Feb 20, 2008. Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Voriconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, demyelination, hypoaesthesia, neuromyopathy, pain in extremity, peripheral sensory neuropathy. Voriconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.

Voriconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, ZOSYN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Voriconazole dosage: 300MG Q12H IVPB. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, ADDERALL, BUMETANIDE, CEFEPIME, NEUPOGEN, MEGESTROL ACETATE, BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
