Vorinostat side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 22, 2008. Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, anxiety
and was treated with Vorinostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, disorientation, dysuria, fall
, loss of consciousness, malignant neoplasm progression, muscle spasms, muscular weakness. Vorinostat dosage: 200 MG/BID/PO. During the same period patient was treated with ERLOTINIB HYDROCHLORIDE, ATIVAN, ALTACE, CENTRUM SILVER, EXCEDRIN, LOMOTIL, ZYRTEC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
