Vorinostat side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 22, 2008. Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, anxiety  and was treated with Vorinostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, disorientation, dysuria, fall , loss of consciousness, malignant neoplasm progression, muscle spasms, muscular weakness. Vorinostat dosage: 200 MG/BID/PO. During the same period patient was treated with ERLOTINIB HYDROCHLORIDE, ATIVAN, ALTACE, CENTRUM SILVER, EXCEDRIN, LOMOTIL, ZYRTEC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Vorinostat side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 24, 2008. Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 101.0 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Vorinostat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , haemoglobin decreased, neuropathy peripheral. Vorinostat dosage: 200 MG/TID/PO. During the same period patient was treated with BENADRYL, COMPAZINE, ACETAMINOPHEN, CEPHALEXIN, MAGNESIA. Patient recovered.
