Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with micturition disorder, micturition urgency and was treated with Xatral. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, angioneurotic oedema, dyspnoea, face oedema, hypotension, malaise, pharyngeal oedema, pulmonary embolism .
