Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 88.00 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema and was treated with Xopenex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchitis , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, condition aggravated, pneumonia , respiratory failure. Xopenex dosage: 1.25 MG/3ML;Q6H; INHALATION. During the same period patient was treated with ATROVENT, FORMOTEROL, PREDNISONE, THEOPHYLLINE, TIOTROPIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
