Zactima side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 26, 2008. Male patient, 34 years of age, weighting 229.3 lb, was diagnosed with malignant glioma and was treated with Zactima. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, dyspnoea, fatigue, hypoxia, myalgia, oedema, oral candidiasis, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Zactima dosage: 100MG QOD X 28 DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, PROTONIX, MINOCYCLINE, DEXAMETHASONE, TYLENOL, LASIX, CLINDAMYCIN, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
