Zactima side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 21, 2007. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 243.4 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, brain oedema and was treated with Zactima. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteraemia, bacterial sepsis, duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, hypotension, leukopenia, pancytopenia, refusal of treatment by relative, respiratory distress. Zactima dosage: 200 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DECADRON, ALLOPURINOL, ATENOLOL, ATOVAQUONE, CARDURA, FOLIC ACID, KEPPRA, LANTUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/12/2007.
