Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with neck pain and was treated with Zanaflex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, aggression, agitation, confusional state, hallucination, thinking abnormal. Zanaflex dosage: 4 MG 6X/DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, LIPITOR, LOPRESSOR, ASPIRIN, AVODART, FLOMAX. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, affective disorder, psychomotor hyperactivity, sleep disorder . Zanaflex dosage: 2 MG THREE TIMES DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, abnormal behaviour, amnesia, arthralgia, asthenia, blood chloride decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood potassium increased, blood sodium decreased. Zanaflex dosage: 8 MG QID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, IMODIUM ADVANCED, ESTRACE, CYMBALTA, TRIAMTERENE, NADOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
