Zavedos side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Jan 07, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma , hyperuricaemia, nausea  and was treated with Zavedos. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, cardiac disorder, cough, dyspnoea, malaise, mucosal inflammation, neutropenic sepsis, overdose, white blood cell count decreased. Zavedos dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, ALLOPURINOL, CYCLIZINE. Patient died on 01/09/2007.

Zavedos side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 25, 2009. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 153.9 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma , hyperuricaemia, nausea  and was treated with Zavedos. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, cardiac disorder, cough, dyspnoea, malaise, mucosal inflammation, neutropenic sepsis, overdose, white blood cell count decreased. Zavedos dosage: 70 MG; TDD:40 MG/M2 ,1 IN 1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, ALLOPURINOL, CYCLIZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/09/2007.
