Female patient, weighting 211.0 lb, was diagnosed with constipation , depression , pain , migraine , muscle spasms and was treated with Zelnorm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, alopecia, amnesia, anxiety , arthropathy, asthenia, back pain , blood bicarbonate increased. Zelnorm dosage: 6 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with PERCOCET, IBUPROFEN, SKELAXIN, PAXIL, DIAZEPAM, MIRALAX, VALTREX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died.

Zelnorm dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COMBIVENT, ASPIRIN, ASTELIN, CALCIUM CARBONATE, VITAMIN D, QUININE SULPHATE, AMOXIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
