Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , pain , herpes zoster and was treated with Zidovudine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lactic acidosis, renal failure acute, vomiting. Zidovudine dosage: 250MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with KALETRA, LOPINAVIR, VIDEX, VIREAD, DICLOFENAC, GABAPENTIN, MS CONTIN, ACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/30/2005.
