Zileuton side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 29, 2005. Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 247.6 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Zileuton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, platelet count decreased, white blood cell count decreased. Zileuton dosage: 600 MG QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, CELECOXIB, GEMCITABINE, DIAZEPAM, DOCUSATE NA, MILK OF MAGNESIA, PROCHLORPERAZINE MALEATE. Patient recovered.
