Male patient, 89 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia , urinary tract infection  and was treated with Zinacef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, pyrexia, thrombocytopenia. Zinacef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALVEDON, CHLOROMYCETIN, FURADANTIN, BEHEPAN, LASIX, LAKTULOS, OXASCAND, IMDUR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
