Zithromac side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 17, 2007. Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract inflammation and was treated with Zithromac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, pneumococcal sepsis, renal failure acute. Zithromac dosage: DAILY DOSE:500MG. Patient recovered.
