Zosyn side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 16, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with septic shock and was treated with Zosyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, hepatic function abnormal. Zosyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, GENTAMICIN, PHOSLO, DOPAMINE, NOREPINEPHRINE, PANTOPRAZOLE, METHADONE. Patient recovered.
