Zyloric Side Effects Report #4862840-4
Zyloric side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 12, 2005. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure, hypertension and was treated with Zyloric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , cardiac failure chronic, cardiac pacemaker insertion, cerebral infarction, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, dysarthria, dyspnoea, pleural effusion. Zyloric dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, PERSANTIN, TANATRIL, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/03/2004.

Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, varicose vein  and was treated with Zyloric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, bicytopenia, dyspnoea, ecchymosis, haematoma, petechiae, pneumonia , pyrexia, renal failure. Zyloric dosage: 300MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TORSEMIDE, AMLODIPINE, SIMVASTATIN, METFORMIN, ADIRO, COZAAR, ESBERIVEN. Patient died on 11/20/2008.

Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and was treated with Zyloric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic decreased, conjunctivitis, convulsion, corneal abscess, dysphagia, dyspnoea, keratitis, pruritus. Zyloric dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, VIDEX, KALETRA, ZERIT, NORVIR, INVIRASE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, DETENSIEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Zyloric dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, RETROVIR, VIDEX, KALETRA, ZERIT, INVIRASE, PIRILENE, FUZEON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
