Zymar side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 02, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with preoperative care and was treated with Zymar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: culture positive, endophthalmitis, eye infection bacterial, intraocular pressure increased, pupillary disorder, streptococcal infection What is  streptococcal infection. Zymar dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
